What should I note to engrave on my collar?
You can also note us your idea, ie. “Make the pet’s name as large as possible”. We suggest that engrave your pet’s name + your phone number in two lines. Due to the limited buckle surface, two-line engraving would be the best effect. More lines and character engraving results in smaller characters.

Can I choose a font for engraving or embroidery?
Normally the engraving or embroidery fonts can not be customized, but please contact us if you do want a unique font, we can see whether we can help.

I forgot to note my engraving information or Can I make a change after checkout?
Please make sure you do fill in your personalization information if necessary. But if you do forget or want to change it after check out, please contact us within 2 days, once your order has been completed and shipped, there’s nothing we can do to change it.

Can you package my parcel as a gift?
Sure we can package your parcel into a gift box, attach we can prepare a card in it, just note or message us when checkout.
